Errin Briscoe & Earth Echo

Yoga and Movement with Errin Briscoe led into a 360° Sound bath with earth echo.

A journey through movement, breath, and immersive sound—flowing from gentle activation into deep grounding. The session begins with a guided yoga practice led by Errin Francesca, opening the body and calming the mind before transitioning into an Earth Echo 360° sound journey.

Listeners are transported into the Amazon rainforest, where layered wildlife and resonant mouth harps create a meditative soundscape, before journeying to Borneo’s Tawau Hills, where the haunting calls of wild gibbons echo through the canopy in a powerful natural sound bath.

A sensory passage from flow to stillness, inviting participants to surrender into the rhythms of the forest.

Seating & Layout

The session begins with movement, so please come in comfortable clothing you can stretch and breathe in freely. The floor space is arranged for the yoga practice. For the sound bath portion, Togo bean bags and cinema seating are available for those who prefer not to lie on the floor.

Sound System

Earth Echo sessions are presented on a L-Acoustics 17.1.10 spatial audio system: 17 speakers surrounding you at ear level, 10 speakers overhead, and a dedicated sub channel with four subwoofers at the front of the room. Earth Echo’s soundscapes are composed and mixed specifically for spatial environments – ecological field recordings, bioacoustic textures, and sound healing elements are placed precisely in three-dimensional space, so the forest canopy is above you, the savanna stretches around you, and the low resonance of the earth is felt beneath you.
