Loss><Gain - Moonbathing

A 360° Immersive Sound World in Spatial Audio

Loss><Gain are spatial experience designers based in Stroud, working at the intersection of music, sound and immersive technology. Their work brings together boundary-pushing musicians and cutting-edge spatial audio systems to create deep-listening environments that go far beyond the conventional concert experience.

At Polygon Portal, they present Moonbathing – a 360° immersive sound world featuring new spatial mixes from Anna Meredith, Jarvis Cocker, and many more.

Each track has been written or reworked specifically for spatial playback – music that moves around you, above you, and through you. Oliver Coates, Rival Consoles, Vanishing Twin, Tim Exile, Gruff Rhys. Artists who already push at the edges of sound, now heard in a form that places their work precisely in three-dimensional space.

Not a playlist. Not a concert. A deep-listening trip, start to finish, the way it was always meant to be felt.
