Movement Flow in 360° spatial audio
Errin is an avid movement lover & is constantly expanding on her vocabulary and exploration of movement, whether it be mixed movement, yoga, soft acrobatics, strength training or restorative styles. Her approach is lighthearted & inquisitive whilst providing a space for deeper introspection and evolution.
This class is an infusion of element of mixed movement with the meditative qualities of vinyasa flow. Students will explore balance, level changes, floorwork and soft acrobatics & see those elements woven together into a fluid sequence. There’s an influence of capoeira, contemporary dance, functional training and plenty of playfulness – all while being completely immersed in 360° spatial audio.
