Tensuhi: Elemental Resonance
Guided meditation in 360° spatial audio
Elemental Resonance is a 40-minute morning session designed to set the tone for your day.
Working at the intersection of sound, science, and ancient wisdom, Tensuhi draws on psychoacoustics, Taoist philosophy, and bio-resonance to create an experience that is both deeply grounding and expansively clarifying.
Each session opens with 20 minutes of guided meditation practice, calibrated to settle the nervous system and open the senses. This flows directly into a 20-minute spatial soundscape, composed specifically for the Polygon Portal’s speaker array, deepening the meditative state and inviting profound reset, integration, and expanded awareness.
These are early morning sessions – a rare opportunity to experience the Portal at its most still, before the day begins.
This is not guided relaxation with a soundtrack. Tensuhi’s method is a living practice – developed and refined over more than five years in Mexico City, where it draws more than 1,000 participants every month. What happens in the room is interactive, adaptive, and genuinely transformative: a format that meets each person where they are and moves them somewhere new.
Coming to Polygon Portal, it meets spatial audio for the first time. There is nothing else quite like it.

Seating
Seating is first come, first served – arrive early to choose your spot.
A ground-level zone features Togo bean bags for reclined listening, placing you closer to the sub-bass, where low frequencies are felt physically as well as heard.
Cinema seating offers an upright listening position, providing a balanced and detailed perspective across the full spatial sound field.
Sound System
Elemental Resonance is presented on a L-Acoustics 17.1.10 spatial audio system: 17 speakers surrounding you at ear level, 10 speakers overhead, and a dedicated sub channel with four subwoofers at the front of the room. Tensuhi’s soundscapes are composed and mixed specifically for this environment – the frequencies you feel as much as hear are an intentional part of the experience.
