Every evening ticket at Polygon Portal now includes a welcome drink. Expect a rotating signature serve, dreamt up by the bar team and changed often enough to keep things interesting.
We painstakingly source and create every item that sits on our menu; every spirit, every beer, every glass – all picked with dedication and pride.
